“I cannot recommend Alan highly enough. He's an expert at what he does and a pleasure to deal with. He came to our house twice out of hours to fix a blocked sink - once on Sunday evening and again on Monday night, but only charged the standard-hours price for the treatment that finally cleared the sink. He's as good as his word when he says he doesn't charge until he knows he has fixed the problem. He only charges for the final treatment that works - no charging by the hour and dragging the job out, and no charging for everything he tries to get the problem solved. Great bloke. Thanks Alan!”
