We are a London drain Company with a difference. If the blockage is still too stubborn for either the manual or mechanical methods we will not charge you for either service. Instead we will offer to undertake a more detailed analysis of your drainage system which may involve using our CCTV equipment to find out what is causing the problem. Our CCTV drain survey prices start from £95 + vat. Please see our prices page (link can be found at the top of our website) which provides you with our transparent prices.
If we still identify the problem as just a blockage we can call out our own High Pressure Vacuum Tanker which we will use to suck the blockage out and all of the build up. This high powered unit is more effective than the average jetting or rotary machine and will usually solve the problem. This will however incur an extra charge, prices can be provided either on-site or by calling 0203 603 6012. However, if we identify a broken/collapsed pipe or find tree roots, we will produce an estimate for all remedial works. For more information please see our Repairs Page.
Our engineers will advise on the cause of the blockage to help reduce the likelihood of it happen again. If your drain is persistently blocking then we suggest carrying out a CCTV Drain Survey to assess the drain for any defects or partial blockages that may be present. Our Drain Repairs page or our Pipe Relining page will go into more detail should you require it.

We accept all major Debit & Credit Cards via our Card Terminal either from the engineer on site or over the phone with our office on 0203 603 6012.
We accept payment via Bank Transfer which must be made within 48 hours of completion of a job.
We also accept cheques and cash if the invoice total is below £350 unless authorised by our office.
Our payment terms are flexible and can be negotiated with our commercial clients. Unless agreed or stated our standard payment terms are 30 days.
