We use a staged approach to cleaning blocked drains in London, designed to give you the lowest cost solution. We begin with manual methods first which involve drain rods and plungers. If we cannot shift the blockage using manual methods, we will move on to our high pressure drain jetting or hand held rotary machinery to blast our way through. You will only have to pay for the service that clears your blocked drain problem.

We will get started by undertaking our Free Blockage Analysis. After making sure the blockage is in your drain and not in the street we will utilise our range of manual tools and attachments to push and pull the blockage to try and dislodge it and make it flow into the sewer.
If the blockage won’t budge then we will evaluate the problem and move onto the mechanical methods. Our No Clear, No Charge Policy means there will be no charge for the manual attempt, no matter how long we spend on the job.
If you have a stubborn blockage that won’t budge with manual methods then we will use our specialist machinery to jet our way through.
We have high pressure drain jetting equipment that is powerful enough to break through any domestic blockage - other than collapsed or broken pipes etc.
We include a 30 Day Guarantee. Should the blockage re-appear within 30 days then one of our engineers will return free of charge.

We are a London drain Company with a difference. If the blockage is still too stubborn for either the manual or mechanical methods we will not charge you for either service. Instead we will offer to undertake a more detailed analysis of your drainage system which may involve using our CCTV equipment to find out what is causing the problem. Our CCTV drain survey prices start from £95 + vat. Please see our prices page (link can be found at the top of our website) which provides you with our transparent prices.
If we still identify the problem as just a blockage we can call out our own High Pressure Vacuum Tanker which we will use to suck the blockage out and all of the build up. This high powered unit is more effective than the average jetting or rotary machine and will usually solve the problem. This will however incur an extra charge, prices can be provided either on-site or by calling 08001114509. Our engineers will advise on the cause of the blockage to help reduce the likelihood of it happen again. If your drain is persistently blocking then we suggest carrying out a CCTV Drain Survey to assess the drain for any defects or partial blockages that may be present. If we can’t clear your blockage using manual or mechanical techniques, there will be no charge for our service! This gives you peace of mind and ensures you are getting our best work!

We accept all major Debit & Credit Cards via our Card Terminal either from the engineer on site or over the phone with our office on 0203 603 6012.
We accept payment via Bank Transfer which must be made within 48 hours of completion of a job.
We also accept cheques and cash if the invoice total is below £350 unless authorised by our office.
Our payment terms are flexible and can be negotiated with our commercial clients. Unless agreed or stated our standard payment terms are 30 days.
